The 2025 Active Blackpool Community Awards will take place on Friday 26th September at Blackpool’s iconic Winter Gardens, a fitting location to celebrate the heroes in our town.

Particular recognition will be given to schools that have embraced the School Games ethos, actively promoted Girls’ Football and prioritised Inclusion, ensuring every child, regardless of background, ability or gender, has equal access to meaningful and enjoyable physical activity opportunities.
In addition, the school will have taken steps to support healthy lifestyles more broadly, including education around diet and nutrition, empowering pupils to make informed choices that contribute to their overall wellbeing.
