About Me

 

I work for Active Blackpool as an Exercise Referral Instructor, a role I began at the end of 2024. I enjoy supporting people with a wide range of medical conditions and helping them improve their health through tailored exercise.
In addition, I have been working as a Wellness Instructor in the Active Wellbeing Suite for nearly nine years. My goal is to show individuals that exercise can be enjoyable and truly life-changing.

As a Phase 4 trained Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor with over 20 years of experience, my goal is to support individuals who have experienced a cardiac event.

 

I’m also qualified in COPD exercise management and have extensive experience helping people with health conditions exercise safely and confidently.

I am the Coordinator for the Cardiac Scheme and deliver exercise classes for both cardiac and non-cardiac members across all three leisure centres.

About Me

 

My main role within Active Blackpool is as an Exercise Referral Instructor. I support individuals with various medical conditions that may limit their participation in mainstream fitness, helping them build the confidence and fitness to transition into regular classes.

 

I also work in the Active Wellbeing Suite and cover fitness sessions as needed. With over 12 years in the industry, I strive to show that fitness can be fun, accessible, and life-changing.
