Level 8

  • Run on the spot for 30 seconds
  • Perform fun gym shapes – sit in tick, pike, straddle
  • Perform front and back support
  • Jump in and out of a hoop
  • Transfer weight from 1 foot to another
  • Bunny jump from crouch
  • Rock backwards and forwards in tuck
  • Match and mirror a sequence of arm positions
  • Explore patters using scarves and ribbons
  • Walk forwards on a bench on tiptoes

Level 7

  • Run freely for 45 seconds
  • Perform a bent leg dish
  • Perform a back support raising 1 leg at a time towards vertical
  • Stand and jump to a safe landing
  • Perform a 1 foot balance on a bench or box top
  • Jump in and up from front support
  • Rock backwards and forwards in pike and straddle
  • Front front and back support, lower to the floor with control
  • Bounce and catch a ball 3 times
  • Walk forwards along a bench and full turn in the middle

Level 6

  • Follow my leader in pairs using different actions for 1 minute
  • Perform a dish and arch
  • Press-up forward and backward
  • Hop, jump, hop, jump along the floor
  • Perform a piked v-sit with hand support
  • Perform travelling bunny jumps
  • Rock backwards and forwards tucked to stand
  • Side support on one arm turning slowly to the other
  • With a partner, roll and catch a ball or hoop
  • Walk backwards along a bench and full turn in the middle

Level 5

  • Leap from 1 foot to the other
  • Perform a Japana to 45 degrees
  • Move sideways from dish to arch
  • Perform a hop, step and jump
  • Perform a T-balance
  • Bunny jump over a bench side to side
  • Perform a tucked forward roll down an incline
  • Demonstrate a front support with a partner
  • Roll a ball or hoop, travel at it’s side and pick it up
  • Run, hurdle step and perform a 2 footed rebound jump

Level 4

  • Skip for 30 seconds
  • Perform low lunges with both legs, forwards and sideways
  • Shoulder stand with hips supported
  • Perform cat leaps, 2 times on both legs
  • Perform a frog balance
  • Straddle bunny jumps across a bench side to side
  • Perform a tucked backwards roll down an incline
  • Perform chassis steps with arm sing facing a partner
  • Demonstrate hula hooping
  • From a box top, star jump to a safe landing

Level 3

  • Skip for 45 seconds
  • Perform a Japana flat
  • Headstand with knees bent and lower into a frog
  • Perform a tuck jump
  • Demonstrate a headstand with knees bent
  • Perform a cartwheel
  • Perform a forward roll
  • Teddy bear roll back to back with a partner
  • Throw, jump and catch a hand apparatus
  • Squat on a box top and stretch jump off

Level 2

  • Complete 6 shuttle runs
  • Perform a bridge
  • Perform a half lever with 1 foot raised and change legs
  • Perform a jump half turn
  • Demonstrate a headstand
  • Perform a cartwheel quarter turn off a bench
  • Perform a backward roll
  • Demonstrate a counter balance
  • Single knee balance, throw and catch a hand apparatus
  • Squat on a box top and tuck jump off

Level 1

  • Complete 10 shuttle runs
  • Demonstrate the splits
  • Perform a half lever or straddled half lever
  • Perform a jump full turn
  • Move towards a handstand using apparatus
  • Change leg into handstand
  • Handstand into forward roll
  • Perform a match and mirrored sequence, including a roll, jump and balance
  • Throw a hand apparatus perform a leap, catch and perform a balance
  • Straddle on a box top and straddle jump off
