Active Wellbeing Suite
Active Wellbeing Suites at Active Blackpool
The Active Wellbeing Suites offer a friendly, supportive space where adults of all abilities can get active, have fun, and feel part of a community.
The suites at Moor Park and Palatine feature circuits of inclusive power‑assisted fitness machines, designed to give you a gentle helping hand and make your exercise easier and more enjoyable.
If this sounds good to you, keep reading and we’ll tell you more about it.
What is Power Assisted equipment?
Unlike a traditional gym, you’re not relying purely on your own strength. The equipment is power‑assisted, so it works with you, not against you.
That means you can choose how much effort you put in, whether you want to push yourself a bit more or simply enjoy gentle, supported movement.
If you need a quick breather, the machines will keep you moving, helping you stay active without overdoing it. That makes it a great option if you’re getting back into exercise after some time off, or if you have mobility or health considerations.
A full circuit will take you about 30 minutes with each machine working multiple muscle groups, making it easy to fit into your day. Just spend a few minutes on each one and you’ll soon start to feel the benefits and notice changes in how your body feels and looks.
Overall, it’s a simple, enjoyable way to feel stronger, move better, and look after your wellbeing.
