Why is Meno-Pause: Strength right for you?
Feel Stronger and More Confident
Menopause can bring changes that leave you feeling less strong, less energetic and sometimes a little less like yourself. Strength training is one of the best ways to support your body during this stage of life, helping you maintain muscle, support bone health and feel stronger in everyday life.
Meno-Pause: Strength is a welcoming and supportive class designed to help you build confidence as well as strength. Whether you’re new to exercise or returning after a break, our instructors will guide you at a pace that feels right for you. Using EGYM equipment, resistance machines and free weights, you’ll gradually build strength, support your long-term health and discover just how capable your body can be.
Boost Your Energy and Everyday Wellbeing
Many women find that menopause can affect motivation, energy levels and overall confidence. Regular, progressive strength training can help tackle fatigue, improve fitness and make everyday tasks feel easier, whether that’s carrying the shopping, climbing the stairs or simply keeping up with a busy day.
As you become stronger, you may also notice improvements in your mood, resilience and sense of wellbeing. It’s not about lifting the heaviest weights, it’s about feeling good in your body, celebrating what it can do and leaving each Meno-Pause: Strength session feeling energised, empowered and more like yourself.

Why is Meno-Pause: Restore right for you?
Move More Comfortably and Feel More Balanced
Menopause can bring aches, stiffness and changes in flexibility that can make your body feel different to how it once did. Meno-Pause: Restore is designed to help you slow down, move more freely and reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive environment.
Combining gentle mobility work, core strengthening and Pilates-inspired movement, Meno-Pause: Restore can help release tension, improve flexibility and support better posture. You’ll gradually build confidence in the way you move, helping you feel more comfortable, balanced and ready to take on everyday life.
Build Strength from the Inside Out
Hormonal changes during menopause can affect core strength, stability and pelvic floor function, which can sometimes impact comfort and confidence in everyday movement.
Through gentle, purposeful exercises, Meno-Pause: Restore helps improve pelvic floor awareness, strengthen your core and support better body alignment. It’s not about pushing yourself harder, it’s about giving your body the time and care it deserves. Many women find they leave each Meno-Pause: Restore session feeling stronger, steadier, more relaxed and more connected to themselves.
