Membership Freeze Request

We’ll miss you while your away, but understand that your medical circumstances sometimes mean you need to step away for a little while, so we want to make the freeze process easy for you.

Please fill in the form below and one of our team will look into your request and get back to you.  We will ask for proof to support your request, so please be prepared for this.

A membership can be frozen for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months.  If you require a freeze term of more this, please let us know so we can consider your request.

It’s important to be aware that our amendment of date for direct debit membership is the 15th of the month.  If you make your request after this date, we will not be able to action it before your next payment is due, but this payment will be taken into account when you return. For RCP memberships, the request cut off is 14 working days before your next payment is due.
