Gyms at Active Blackpool
Whether you’re a fully-fledged gym junkie or have never stepped foot in one before, we’ve got you covered.
Our knowledgeable and friendly instructors are on hand to give you help, advice, keep you motivated or just have a chat.
How to get started in the gym
If you’re just getting started at Active Blackpool, we’ll help you feel confident from day one with a gym induction designed to ease you in at your own pace.
One of our friendly, supportive instructors will take the time to show you how to use the equipment safely and effectively, so you can get the most out of your workouts and feel comfortable in the space.
You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions and build your confidence along the way. We’ll also get you set up on Fitness Hub and EGYM, creating a personalised programme based on your goals, whether that’s getting fitter, building strength, improving mobility, or simply feeling better day to day.
Booking is easy
Just head to the Active Blackpool app, choose your site, select Make a Booking, and pick the Induction option. You can also book online, in person, or over the phone.
So, what are you waiting for? Let’s get started!
Already experienced?
We’d still recommend booking an induction so we can introduce you to EGYM and make sure you’re getting the most from everything on offer. If it’s not for you, that’s absolutely fine, we’ll just ask you to read our Health Commitment Statement and sign a quick waiver form on your first visit so you can crack on with your own routine.
Under 18?
We love seeing young people in our gyms – but it’s important you stay safe and get the most out of your workout. That’s why we’ve got specific sessions and a few simple guidelines for anyone aged 11–17.
