Challenge 1 – GAMEDAY – The Strength Showdown
Goal: Complete as many reps as possible starting at 35% of your max (from a strength test). After each rep, the weight increases by 5%
Machines:
- Bicep Curl
- Tricep Press
- Hip Thrust
Age Groups (Male & Female):
- 11-14
- 15-19
- 20-40
- 41-60
- 61+
Prizes:
All age group winners will receive a EGYM Gym towel, a protein snack bundle and get their name in the Gameday Leaderboard Wall of Fame
Challenge 2 – Benjamin Button BioAge Challenge
Goal:
Ages 21-40: Closest total BioAge to 21
Ages 41-60 & 61+: Biggest gap between real age and BioAge
Metrics:
- Strength BioAge
- Flexibility BioAge
- Cardio BioAge
Age Groups:
- 20-40
- 41-60
- 61+
Prizes:
All winners will receive a Recovery Bundle and their name the BioAge Leaderboard Wall of Fame
We’ll also have a raffle running throughout the day, so just having a go in a challenge, bringing along a friend or training with our staff will earn you an entry.

Here's what changing with EGYM….
We will be replacing 8 Smart Strength machines which will stay in Circuit Mode:
- Leg Curl
- Leg Extension
- Chest Press
- Seated Row
- Lat Pulldown
- Shoulder Press
- Rotary Torso
- Back Extension
There will also be 4 new Smart Strength machines that will be in Open Mode:
- Bicep Curl
- Tricep Press
- Hip Thrust
- And the brand-new Squat arriving in October!
